Customer Service Representative

Jeanette is a native of Omaha. She has more than 20 years of customer service and procurement experience. Jeanette’s positive attitude has given her the ability to analyze and resolve customer questions and arising concerns through extensive acknowledge of the industry.

In addition to her responsibilities, Jeanette oversees the daily routes of the termite inspectors while scheduling termite treatments. She has been with AmeriSpec/TNT since February 2010.

Jeanette is a graduate of Plattsmouth High School.

Customer Service Representative

Ashley Sutko joined TNT Termite as a customer service representative in July 2013. Ashley was born and raised in Omaha, and is a graduate of Roncalli High School.

Her hardworking mentality and positive presence has earned her a CNA license during her college years. Ashley has an outstanding ability to multi-task and is always found assisting others within TNT and Pest Solutions 365.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys creating art and is specializing in calligraphy.

Termite Inspector/Radon Measurement Specialist
Hired in March 2012, Rich is a licensed pest applicator for both Nebraska and Iowa. In addition to his pest responsibilities, Rich is a certified radon measurement specialist in the state of Nebraska, and the Quality Assurance Manager for Pest Solutions 365.
Rich has profound knowledge about termicides, pesticides, and the chemical compounds within. With multiple talents, Rich brings another level of expertise to the company.
Growing up in Omaha, Rich was the oldest of 15 brothers and sisters. He graduated from Crofton High School and attended Metro Community College for two years, focusing on management-related classes. He has attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s class on termite/wood-destroying insects.

Termite Inspector

Bob joined TNT Termite in January 2015 and comes to us with a strong background in pest control. With four years of experience as a preventative measure and pest control specialist in the military, Bob brings a high level of professionalism and thoroughness to our company.

Bob is still active with the National Guard, and very proactive in staying in shape. He also owns a cattle farm, and specializes in calving. He assisted in delivering more 120 calves in 2014!

Termite Inspector

Joey MaynardJoel joined TNT Termite in April 2016 as a termite inspector and treatment specialist. He has more than nine years of experience in wood-destroying insect inspections and treatments.

Joel was born in Seward and grew up in Lincoln. He attended Lincoln High School, where he a state wrestling champion in 1987.

Joel attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney. His volunteer experience and interests include animal welfare, civil rights and social action, disaster and humanitarian relief, economic empowerment, and education. He also enjoys volleyball and wrestling.
